Refund policy

1. **Exchanges Period:**

- Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

- The items must be in new, unused condition.


2. **Process:**

- Exchanges are facilitated for items received damaged or in an incorrect size.

- To initiate an exchange, contact us and provide proof photos of the products.

- Exchanges are only applicable for items purchased directly from our website.

- Unused items in original packaging are eligible for exchange.


3. **Conditions Applicable for Exchange:**

- Exchange on orders placed during sales or with coupons/discounts is chargeable.

- Shades and accessories ordered are non-exchangeable.

- If the received size matches the order but doesn't fit, exchange is chargeable.

- If the reason for exchange is the buyer no longer wanting the item, exchange is chargeable.


4. **Cancellations:**

- Contact us if you wish to cancel your order.

- If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible.


5. **Refunds:**

- Refunds are not offered; only exchanges are available.
